We want every customer to feel completely confident pressing "Buy." Our promise is simple:

- No restocking fees on eligible returns, the amount you paid is the amount we work to return.

- We cover our mistakes, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, the return is on us.
02Your 60-Day Return Window
You have 60 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. That's a full two months, far longer than most equipment sellers offer, so you have time to inspect, test-fit, and be certain.
To qualify for a standard return, items should be in resalable condition: unused or lightly inspected, with all original parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging included. This keeps your refund full and the process smooth. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always covered, see Section 8.
03What Can Be Returned
Most of our catalog, mini excavators, skid steers, attachments, and accessories, is eligible for return within the 60-day window when it meets the condition above.
A few items can't be returned
To keep things fair and safe, the following are generally not eligible:
- Custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order equipment.
- Items showing significant use, wear, or job-site damage caused after delivery.
- Products missing major components, manuals, or original packaging.
- Consumable or wear parts once installed or used.

04How to Start a Return
Starting a return is quick and we'll guide you through every step.

Get your return authorization
We'll review your request promptly and send you a Return Authorization with simple instructions, no runaround.
Pack it securely
Repack the equipment in its original packaging with all parts and accessories so it arrives back safely.
Ship it back
Send it using the method we provide. Once it's on the way, we'll keep you updated through to your refund.
05Return Shipping
Here's our straightforward approach to return shipping:
- If the return is our fault, the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, MMS Machine pays the return shipping. You're never out of pocket for our mistake.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is arranged with our team. Because heavy equipment travels by freight, we'll help you coordinate the safest, most affordable option.
We'll always tell you the shipping arrangement clearly before you send anything back, no surprises.
06Your Refund & Timeline
Once your returned equipment arrives and passes a quick inspection, we get your money moving right away.
We aim to process approved refunds within 7 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your refund goes back to your original payment method. In some cases, such as larger freight returns, bank processing times, or items needing extra inspection, it may take a little longer, and we'll keep you informed the whole way.
You'll receive a confirmation the moment your refund is issued. After that, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
07Exchanges & Replacements
Prefer a different model, size, or attachment? We're glad to help you exchange it. Reach out to our team and we'll arrange a replacement that fits your job. If there's a price difference, we'll explain it clearly before anything is finalized.
08Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your equipment arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, we own it completely. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos so we can act fast.
For any item that's damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. Keeping your project moving is our job.
09Order Cancellations
Changed your mind before it ships? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel your order for a full refund whenever the equipment hasn't yet left our warehouse. If it's already shipped, simply follow the easy return process above once it arrives.
10Warranty Coverage
Many of our machines and attachments are covered by a manufacturer warranty in addition to this return policy. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. If you have a warranty question or need a claim filed, contact our team, we'll point you in the right direction and help you through it.
