Why are your prices so much lower than other sellers?

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

How long does delivery take?

Free standard delivery typically arrives in 15 to 25 days. Express Delivery arrives in 7 to 10 business days. Your order is processed within 24 hours and begins moving within 24 hours of that.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is generated instantly when you complete your purchase and sent straight to you, so you can follow your order from the very first moment.

Do I need a forklift or special equipment to unload?

No, unloading is handled for you. Our delivery trucks are equipped with a ramp lift, so your equipment comes off the truck safely with no forklift, no loading dock, and no heavy lifting on your part.

Do you deliver to homes as well as businesses?

Yes. We ship across the United States to both residential and business addresses, whether your equipment is headed to a home, farm, job site, or commercial yard.

Where does my equipment ship from?

We stock inventory in four U.S. warehouses, in California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey, so your order ships from a location near you for faster, more reliable delivery.

Do you offer local pickup?

You have a full 60 days from delivery to return eligible equipment, with no restocking fees. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Just contact us to start the simple process.

How long do refunds take?

We aim to process approved refunds within about 7 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Some cases, like larger freight returns or bank processing times, may take a little longer, and we'll keep you informed throughout.

What warranty do you provide?

We provide a 4-year warranty on machines (covering manufacturing defects under normal use) and a 1-year warranty on parts and attachments (covering material and workmanship).

What if my equipment arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

We make it right, completely. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos, and we'll arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you. When the issue is our fault, we cover the return shipping.
